The Mountbatten Program apartments
The Mountbatten Program apartments are based in two locations in central London, offering easy access to amenities, public transport and London's cultural scene right on your doorstep.
Accommodation and utilities are provided free-of-charge to all Trainees for the duration of the Program, including:
- Fully furnished rooms with central heating
- Two/three bedrooms, four/six Trainees per apartment
- Washer/dryer in unit
- TV
- Weekly cleaning service
- Located in Zones 1 and 2 of the London Underground
All Mountbatten Trainees must stay in the Mountbatten Program accommodation for the duration of the program.
Who will my roommates be?
When you arrive in London you will have a ready-made community of fellow Mountbatten Trainees. There are approximately four to six Trainees per apartment, a great opportunity to make friends fast in your new city.
Each Trainee shares a room with another Trainee of the same gender and if required Trainees can request a single gender apartment also.
This is an international program and everyone on the intake is from a different part of the world. This is the most exciting thing about living with other Mountbattens. They teach you so many new things every day.

Where are the apartments?
You will be placed in either our Islington or our Whitechapel apartments. Both provide excellent central locations with our Islington apartments just a short walk away from London's trendy Shoreditch area, whilst our Whitechapel apartments are only moments from historic landmarks the Tower of London and Tower Bridge.
