The Work Placement

Jump-start your career in London

Work Placement

Working in an international business

The Mountbatten Program coordinates a full-time internship in leading organizations across London for all of our Trainees.

The placement will give you:

  • Hands-on experience
  • International exposure and perspective
  • Skill development - technical, leadership, business and soft skills
  • Networking opportunities with senior global executives
  • The opportunity to develop your international brand

I would not have got my current job if it had not been for the opportunities Mountbatten gave me. My company was impressed by my move to London, and work at a premier investment bank, right out of college. This set me apart from other candidates, and gave me a platform to build my personal brand on.

The placement process

If your application is successful you will be invited to an interview with our admissions and corporate relations teams. This interview will help us to find out a little bit more about you, your skills, experience and placement preferences.

Post-interview you will find out if you have been accepted into our candidate pool. By being placed in the candidate pool your profile will be shared with relevant organizations, giving you an opportunity to interview for one of our internships.

If a host organization wishes to offer you a place on their team, then pack your bags because you are off to London!
